After the loss of his wife, Tom Kennedy returns to the town of Garretton with his son. At the same time, police detective Amanda Beck is investigating the murder of a boy that is eerily similar to the work of serial killer from decades past known as the Whisper Man. But when Tom’s son is abducted, he is forced to reconvene with his estranged father who was the detective on the original case.
