The Detour with David Chang is a Food and Travel series from CNN. The announced cast and participants include David Chang (Chef). Its opening episode, “Nashville to Madisonville with Christina Tosi,” adds this chapter: David Chang and longtime friend Christina Tosi, founder of Milk Bar, make a pilgrimage to the legendary Benton's smokehouse in Madisonville, Tennessee that helped shape their early careers. The two eat everything they see along the way. The first season currently includes 6 announced episodes through October 4, 2026. New episodes are scheduled for Sunday at 9:00 PM.
