ABOUT THE SERIES

Cupertino is a Legal series from CBS. The announced cast and participants include Ella Stiller (Christy Palladino), Mike Colter (Michael Price), Rachel Keller (Olivia Siffre), and Busy Philipps (Natalia Boutella). Its opening episode, “Michael & Olivia,” adds this chapter: Michael Price and Olivia Siffre are lawyers who are wrongfully terminated from a tech start-up. Michael and Olivia join forces to form their own law firm to represent those taken advantage of by the tech elite and fight back in a high-stakes battle against the Goliaths of Silicon Valley. Also, Michael's former assistant, Christy Palladino, uses her close-knit family connections to help the firm in its inception. The first season currently includes 10 announced episodes through December 17, 2026. New episodes are scheduled for Thursday at 10:00 PM.

Michael and Olivia defend Vik Malhotra, a Silicon Valley coder being held responsible for an errant drone that killed an onlooker during an elaborate drone display. Also, Christy vets a potential new whistleblower client and Olivia solicits Natalia Boutella, the ex-wife of a tech billionaire, to help fund the firm.

Juno

As part of the deal to fund the firm, Natalia asks Michael and Olivia to take over a case to represent a distraught mother who believes a companion chatbot is responsible for her son's patricide. Also, in an attempt to throw Michael off his game the chatbot company brings in his ex-girlfriend, Nichole, as opposing counsel.

A.J. & Buddy

Michael and Olivia defend the young founders of a prediction market site, one of whom has been arrested while the other flees on his private jet with Christy in tow after a night out together. Meanwhile, Natalia and Nichole spend quality time together at the firm.
